The binding terms will be added before launch. The points below describe actual practice and are intended as the basis for the legal drafting.

This section is a working draft, not legal advice. The terms must be drawn up by a lawyer, in particular as regards warranty, limitation of liability, the right of withdrawal in consumer contracts, and payment terms. Until then, the individual written quote applies.
Scope of services
The subject matter is the clearance of the agreed areas, separation of materials on site, removal and certified disposal, and a broom-clean handover. Broom-clean means completely cleared, floors swept, cupboards and fittings empty. A final clean is not included and is agreed separately.
Asbestos and asbestos-containing materials are not accepted. Where such material is suspected, work stops at the affected point and the customer is referred to a certified specialist.
Prices and billing
Billing is hourly on the basis of the rates published on this website. The minimum charge covers one hour of work on site with two people; the journey is not included. After the first hour, time is billed in 30-minute increments.
Travel is charged per kilometre actually driven at the prevailing diesel price. There is no fixed per-kilometre rate; the amount is itemised separately in the quote.
Disposal is billed separately by weight and evidenced by weighbridge tickets. For hazardous waste, the published per-litre or per-item rates apply plus the base fee per order.
No credit is given for the resale value of items.
Estimates from the quote tool
The price range produced by the quote tool is a non-binding estimate and not an offer in the legal sense. A binding price arises only through a written quote following a phone call or a site visit.
Dates, surcharges and payment
Saturday work carries a surcharge of 50 per cent. Work on Sundays and public holidays is possible only by arrangement and only within the legally permitted scope; the surcharge is 100 per cent.
A no-parking zone is applied for on request and requires three weeks' notice. The cost is itemised separately.
Payment is by cash or invoice.
