The more complete the photos, the more accurate the estimate. Most useful:
- each room once in full, shot from the doorway
- cupboards and storage rooms opened — what is inside counts too
- do not forget the cellar, attic, garage, balcony and garden
- the route from the entrance to the parking space, and the parking situation
